Upper cableway station
The upper cableway station was located at Loddsynken (the new vertical shaft) until in 1937, when it was succeeded by a conveyor belt. The ore was freighted from the crusher at Loddsynken to the storage bin (later a silo) in “kibber” (small iron crates).
The crates often fell off. Today one can see ore on the ground along the earlier cableway stretch from such accidents.
